I have never met a more caring and compassionate person than Lisa at the Orion location. Her attention to detail and her guidance from the first phone call to follow up calls was exceptional. She truly cares about you and your loved one and it shows. Lisa went above and beyond to answer all our questions and never rushed us with our decisions. What a blessing to have worked with Lisa. We recently went through the heartbreaking loss of our beautiful granddaughter. Darci, Carol and the entire Hauss Modetz team went above and beyond to help us through this difficult time. Losing a loved one is never easy. The staff at Modetz however has been serving the area for many, many years and made this time a bit easier with their high degree of care and professionalism. Our Son passed away and his wife and our family were treated with kindness, respect, and patience from all of the Staff, beginning with David Fecteau, and all of the ladies that were very helpful during a very difficult time for our family.
